Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days. If processing takes longer than expected due to stock, volume, or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible. During busy periods, such as holidays, promotions, or events like Black Friday, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. If significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Under EU law, orders must be delivered within 30 days unless another timeframe is agreed, we fully comply with this requirement.

Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or other trusted delivery services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, if available, a track & trace code so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. These charges include VAT where applicable and are calculated based on destination and order size/weight.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within the Netherlands is typically 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected delays.

If delivery is delayed, you have the legal right to request a new delivery date or to cancel the order if the delay is unreasonable.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the Netherlands. If we expand to additional EU countries, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for resending the package, unless the issue was caused by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty or damaged goods.

Lost Packages

Under EU law, we are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

If you believe your package is delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
